Brisbane Forest Park stretches about 50km from Brisbane heading North West. Bushwalking is popular in the park. There are also guided tours and activities around the bushland at various times during the day as well as an information centre where you can see freshwater animals and plantlife.
You can visit Brisbane Forest Park and the Walk-About-Creek Information Centre daily at the following times (except Christmas and New Years Day):
Monday - Sunday: 9.00am - 4.40pm
You can catch bus number 385 to the Gap, which is a short walk from the information centre. However, additional transport is needed to reach the tour departure area.
