Gowrie Park Cabins, Backpackers and Powered sites are situated near Mount Roland, north west Tasmania.
There are four self-contained cabins accommodating up to six persons. Each cabin is appointed with a kitchenette and heating. The backpacker rooms cater for singles, families or large groups. There are 27 powered sites available for a range of vehicle sizes. Weindorfers Great Food and Real Coffee offers you a warm, cosy environment with the best in regional Tasmanian produce. It is a licensed restaurant which can cater for large groups, conferences and weddings. Gowrie Park also has laundry facilities and internet available. Under new management, Gowrie Park is in the process of being extensively renovated, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable stay in north west Tasmania.
Gowrie Park is centrally located to explore all that the region has to offer including world-renowned Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park. Located at the foot of Mount Roland, a challenging climb up this majestic mountain will reward with panoramic views right out to Bass Strait on a clear day.
Gowrie Park is 40 minutesâ?? drive from Devonport and 10 minutesâ?? from Sheffield, on the road to Cradle Mountain.
