Located on the meandering Richmond River this quaint country town offers great recreational activities such as water skiing and fishing. The main street of Coraki faces the river, a lovely park sloping down to a small sandy beach on the riverfront. Coraki also reflects the rich heritage of the area with historic builduings throughout the town. Known now as the 'Tea Tree Capital' each year in October the festive Tea Tree Art Prize and ArtsFest draws many artsists and patrons to the town.
