The Darwin Cup Carnival officially kicks off on Saturday 2 July 2011 and culminates in the running of the Darwin Cup on Monday 6 August 2012. The program also features Ladies Day, where the ladies can show off their finery and enjoy a sumptuous luncheon and a glass of bubbly.
The picturesque Fannie Bay Racecourse track is one of only a few dirt tracks in operation on the circuit, and the Darwin Cup Day witnesses 20,000 people bursting the rails.
Dress up, dress casual or come in fancy dress, this is a racing carnival not to be missed.
