Italian Cooking Class - Cooking ClassesLocated at the entrance of the picturesque Yarra Valley, 45 minutes east of Melbourne, your amazing instructor will provide traditional 'hands-on' Italian cooking classe, using fresh local ingredients. During this class we will allow you to experience personally the enjoyment of creating a gourmet, yet simple Italian feast, that you can replicate in your own home.

Cooking classes are a fun activity for individuals, friends and families. Our teachers, are first generation Italians, whose affection for cooking has led them to develop top quality dishes – where Italy meets the Yarra Valley.

Learn about the Italian heritage and the love of food that the Italian people have. This passion for food cannot be learnt through cookbooks, but needs to be transferred, as it was done generations ago, through the art of sharing - physically, spiritually and personally.

Our classes are a fun, "hands on" and informative, where a 3 course meal is prepared and then enjoyed by the class with a glass of Yarra Valley wine. When finished, sit back with an Italian Espresso coffee or a cup of tea, and discuss a job well done. Course notes and recipes are provided for you to take home.

Fresh Pasta Workshop

Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch! This workshop will teach you how to make traditional meat lasagne, meat filled cannelloni, spinach & ricotta ravioli and fettuccine. You will also learn to make the fillings along with a traditional Napoli sauce. Learn to use your pasta machine properly to create an amazing gourmet meal.

At the end of the class sit down and enjoy what you have created with a nice bottle of wine from the Yarra Valley!

3 Course Dinner (Menu 1)

A light and easy 3 course dinner to share with a group of friends with a nice bottle of white.

Entree: Ricotta ravioli with burnt sage butter
Main: Chicken fillet wrapped in prosciutto with roasted vegetables
Dessert: Individual chocolate mousse tart served with a berry coulis

3 Course Dinner (Menu 2)

A light and easy 3 course dinner to share with a group of friends with a nice bottle of white.

Entree: Gnocchi Gorgonzola
Main: Cotoletta with roasted vegetables
Dessert: Cannoli with mascarpone cheese and custard

3 Course Dinner (Menu 3)

A hearty 3 course dinner to warm during the colder months to share with a group of friends with a nice bottle of red.

Entree: Antipasto
Main: Osso Bucco
Dessert: Cauciniti

3 Course Dinner (Menu 4)

A light and easy 3 course dinner to share with a group of friends with a nice bottle of white.

Entree: Fettuccine marinara
Main: Pizza di pomodoro and basil
Dessert: Ricotta cheese cake

3 Course Dinner (Menu 5)

A hearty 3 course dinner to warm during the cold month to share with a group of friends with a nice glass of wine.

Entree: Risotto di Bisi and prosciutto
Main: Chicken Cacciatore
Dessert: Tiramisu

NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, the rates listed are for the 2016 - 2017 season. The 2016 - 2017 season rates are valid from the 1st April 2016 - 31st March 2017. The 2017 - 2018 season rates commence on the 1st April 2017.
