Please wear enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing. Please bring bottled water, sunscreen and a hat and of course a camera. This ride is more suited to an intermediate fitness level due to a significant hill as we head out to North Head. But don’t worry, it’s worth it when you get up there and the ride down is a blast!
