During our kayaking tour from Phillip Island you will see an abundant fauna including dolphins, seals and eagles while passing pink granite rocks and remote sandy beaches. At the conclusion of our full day tour you will have learnt some new skills, met some new friends and of course you will have many stories to tell all of your friends.
Woolamai Waters offers sheltered conditions for most of the year. Paddle past huge granite cliffs (reminiscent of Wilson’s Promontory’s landscape) and paddle into sea caves.
Beginners and experienced paddlers will find this area a real adventure. Sea life abounds with seals, penguins and the occasional pod of dolphins. The lunch spot is a real “corker”.

GUIDELINES
Each participant must be over 16 years of age. You will get more out of the experience if you are reasonably fit however the tour can be tailored to suit the groups general fitness level. Sea kayaking is about technique not muscle baulk. The sea kayak guide will factor in when rest stops and snack breaks should be taken to ensure energy levels are maintained. You must be able to swim at least 100 metres non-stop.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Please bring Hat, sun glasses, sun block, shorts/bathers, water bottle, old runners/wet suit booties/thongs, spray jacket and thermal top (SKA can supply). Don’t forget change of clothes. No wet suits. We supply Sea kayak, paddle, spray deck, buoyancy vests, pump and spray jacket, paddle leashes, dry bags, paddle jackets. Equipment the sea kayak guides carry includes: first aid kit, spare paddle, EPIRB, VHF radio, mobile phone and satellite phones where applicable.
