The jetboat has a capacity of up to 22 passengers per departure. Multiple vessels are available.

General health conditions apply. You must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the Broadwater Adventure - Premium Jetboat Ride. Please seek medical advice if uncertain.
Any person, who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on the jetboating vessels and should consult with their doctor prior to booking.
Children may ride from 4 years of age and children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult. Child prices are applicable for children aged 4 to 14. Family prices are valid for 2 adults and 2 children.

All bookings must be reconfirmed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time. Failure to do this may result in tour being rescheduled at the suppliers discretion. Ticket holders who "No Show" without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
