For all you "revheads" out there this tour provides a complete V8 experience. Combine the awesome experience of driving a V8 Super School Racing Car at the Holden Performance Driving Centre with the thrills of the “Chevy V8” powered Jet Boat ride.
Your tour begins as you arrive at the departure jetty, where you are greeted by your skipper for the day. After a quick briefing on safety, you will don a lifejacket before heading out onto the open water. Get ready to get wet as your experienced skipper pulls of different maneuvers such as 360 degree spins, high speed slides and drifts, “beach buzzing” and heart racing nose-offs in as little as 10cm of water. You will feel the raw power of the jet boat as you reach speeds of up to 80 km per hour.
The adventure continues on to the Holden Performance Driving Centre where you may choose a level for a V8 drive:
Level 1:
Self-drive 6 laps in a V8 Super School Race car, with racing suit and helmet provided. Feel the engine roar as you complete a total of 6 laps around an excellent circuit course.
Level 2:
Self-drive 3 laps in a V8 Super School Race car, with a racing suit and helemt provided. Get a feel for the power of a V8 engine as you race round the school's track.
Level 3:
Heat up as a passenger for 4 Hot Laps in a V8 SS Commodore with a qualified instructor. Enjoy being driven around a top speed by a professional, giving you the utmost simulation of a real racing experience.
NOTE: The 2012 - 2013 season rates are valid from the 1st April 2012 to the 31st March 2013. The 2013 - 2014 season rates commence on the 1st April 2013.
Tours depart at 10:00am and conclude at 4:00pm everyday.

Tours operate with a minimum of 6 passengers and has a maximum capacity of up to 22 passengers.
GUIDELINES
This tour is suited to participants over 18 who hold their open drivers liscence.
Any person, who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on the jetboating vessels and should consult with their doctor prior to booking.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing appropriate to weather conditions. Please be prepared to get wet.
