Kick off your shoes for a series of fun and challenging beach games. A great team building exercise that promotes solution through teamwork and understanding. Ideal for student groups and conference energisers your team is sure to improve their skills and develop stronger bonds as a unit, through these exercises.
The group is split into small teams to compete in a round robin of games where teams earn points based on how well they work together. From fun games on the sand such as Holey Bucket, Funnel Ball, Sand Sculpting and Tower of Strength to games such as Beach Bocce, Football, Volleyball and Beach Golf.
For something more challenging why not try a mini team ironman challenge that includes flag races, board paddling and beach running. Your next conference or team building activity near the beach can be a fun and challenging day for groups of all ages and fitness levels. Beach Games can be set up at most beaches around Sydney (Manly, Bondi, Coogee, Terrigal, Wollongong) as well as Melbourne (Williamstown, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula).
