Fully hosted by a passionate food and wine expert, this experience matches cheese and wine from the best wine regions of Australia. Unlike many other tastings, this is a relaxed and fun experience that will please serious wine enthusiasts and casual sippers alike. You'll be through traditional styles, starting from a Semillon and other whites before moving onto three reds.
You'll learn how to identify different styles, and most importantly, determine what regions and styles you like. 6 wines are offered in total plus one “mystery wine” to be used for the blind tasting game. The blind tasting game is always a big hit as it gives everyone an opportunity to use their new found wine knowledge, creates a light hearted talking point and adds good humor.
