Flights are available seven days a week. Bookings are essential, please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Check in is after 2.00 pm with a late check-out of 12.00 pm. The balloon flight is 60 minutes.

GUIDELINES
You should be able to climb into the basket and stand for the hour's flight. Please let us know if you have any medical conditions such as back problems. Unfortunately, we are unable to fly any ladies who are 12 weeks pregnant.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Please pack enough clothing for an overnight getaway. Please dress for the weather and wear closed in shoes. We meet before sunrise so, depending on the time of year and weather, it can be extremely cold. Generally it will not be any colder in the air during the flight than on the ground, we suggest you wear layered clothing that can be removed as the day warms up. The burners radiate heat, wearing a hat is recommended.
OTHER
Safety is our first consideration and we will not fly if conditions are unsuitable. If your balloon flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, your accommodation and meals will proceed as normal on the scheduled date. In this case, you may rebook the ballooning portion. Please note, accommodation packages are strictly non-refundable.
