If you are a cheese lover then you will be in heaven as you are taught how to create a range of tasty cheeses. You will learn how to make Blue Cheese, Mozzarella and a Washed Rind Cheese. Sit back, relax as you sip on some fine wine and enjoy a delightful lunch with some of your closest friends. You will also be able to meet fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Your Cheese Making Workshop for Cheese Lovers will last for six fun filled hours, with a full lunch and cheese course, wine, afternoon-tea and snacks.
This experience will teach 3 different cheese making recipes with cow’s milk;
· Blue Cheese
· Mozzarella and
· Washed Rind Cheese
All participants leave with tasting notes and cheese making recipes and the option to purchase home cheesemaking kits.
Cheese making couples have the option to work in groups of two to share the milk and the cheese they produce or alternatively work with individual buckets of milk to produce their own cheeses.
More complex cheese making courses will be showcased in our 2009 program. These will include Blue Cheese, Mozzarella, Washed Rind Cheeses.

Proof of age may be required. The experience is available for under 18s, except the wine tasting portion of the experience will not be available.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Participants are required to bring an apron and three tupperware containers to take your cheese home in; all other equipment will be provided.
