Located just one hour drive from the centre of Sydney, and set in 3000 lush acres with picnic facilities and 200 quality horses to suit all levels of riding skills, this is the perfect day´s escape from the city. Our friendly staff will select a horse to suit your riding ability, from gentle horses for beginners to more challenging horses for the experienced rider.
Guided horse riding is suitable for riders of all abilities. Your two hour guided horse riding adventure will begin with individual instructions prior to departure and we have roving supervisors on hand to offer you assistance throughout the ride.
With guided horse rides, instruction on control and management of your horse is given before leaving the yard. Once your horse has been chosen your professional and friendly guide will accompany you on your ride. You will be shown the features of the area while riding and once you feel proficient and confident with your horse you may be able to leave the group and explore the valley by yourself.
Explore a diverse and interesting range of natural environments from lush green valleys and ancient rainforest areas through to tall trees and impressive rock formations. Experience our natural rock pools in the upper reaches of the valley or follow Popran Creek as it meanders its way down the valley towards the magnificent Hawkesbury River.

This experience can be booked seven days a week. During the week our guided rides are available at 10.00 am and 2.00 pm. On the weekends and public holidays this experience departs at 9.30 am, 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm

The price quoted is for one person. We ride in groups of up to 15 people.
GUIDELINES
For safety and animal welfare reasons, we have a maximum weight limit of 110kg. Our minimum age for trail rides is 7 years old.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
We recommend full length pants, jodhpurs, moleskins and jeans are ideal. Footwear should be fully closed with a flat sole and a small solid heel. Flat soled sandshoes can be worn, however are not recommended. Depending on the weather we suggest clients bring sunscreen, insect repellent & brimmed hat. For safety reasons backpacks and the like are not permitted to be worn whilst horse riding.
OTHER
We sell sunscreen, insect repellent, caps, shirts, disposable rain coats, film and disposable cameras. A café is open serving food and beverages most weekends and vending machines operate all week with drinks and snacks.
