Beach Driving

Hi Terry here, I really enjoy driving up the beach and having a beach fish from time to time.

Is there anywhere in Soth-east Qld that I can do this?

Hi there mate, there are plenty of great fishing spots in the south east queensland area.

Go for a drive up double island point and fraser and moreton island and catch some fish for sure. Also down tweed heads way go to fingal and beach fish.

In other words there is no shortage of 4x4 driving and fishing on the beach.

There are plenty of great 4WD locations around SE Queensland. In 2006 we grabbed the ferry to North Straddie and spent a week exploring the island. We had a great time 4wd over many of the sand tracks and we also spent plenty of time beach fishing which was very successful.

More recently we also went on a guided 4wd trip to Fraser Island, it was absolutly fantastic, here is the link to a site that has more information on the tour that we did.
