1993 Toyota Hiace ideal for 2 or 3 travelers - $7250 ono. WA Rego (cheap and easy to renew online) – not due for renewal until end of Nov 2009. Only owned by backpackers for 12 months, previous owner was a mechanic so engine is in great condition.

Regularly serviced since we’ve owned it (all paperwork), last service April 2009. Recent new tyres, brakes (Feb 2009), cylinder head, gasket plugs, timing belt (March 2009). 430,000km. Great on fuel - $60 = 700+kms. Spare oil and Free diesel in jerry can included (10L).

Seats 3 adults in front comfortably. Long wheel base so lots of room in the back for living/sleeping/storage. Great, lockable, bike rack on tow bar at back, can hold 3 bikes securely. All round black out curtains for privacy!

Large sofa converts into comfortable double bed (IKEA mattress) which sleeps 3 adults. Plenty of storage underneath bed. All pillows, blankets, linen, duvet and cushions included. Kitchen area in back with 2 fridges (can run off car battery or when plugged in), 2 portable gas stoves (10 free gas canisters included!!), all pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen appliances you’ll need including electric toaster and kettle and BBQ attachment for stove! All cleaning products you’ll need as well as extras including washing lines and laundry powder. All organised in boxes in the back. Even through in a free food box (including great gourmet products from around Australia as well as tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, juice, cous cous, biscuits, herbs and spices, and loads more!).
