We are selling a Hansen Electric water heater which has just been removed from our 2007 model Cruiseliner, as we had never used it in the past 12 months and it was always turned off right from the start. So it is in "As New" condition, apart from a few dirty marks on the outside EPS insulation. It comes with the original Owner's Manual booklet, which includes installation instructions and details on electrical and water connection requirements.
