I'm in the market for a kombi - i just finished driving my old one around the US for 2 months, 7000 miles, but had to ebay it.
Here's what i'm after:
- camper, fitted out with fridge.
- a 60's or 70's. no vanagons.
- little or no rust - a bit of surface rust ok.
- consistently serviced engine - i'll want to run some tests on it myself before purchasing.
- road worthy certificate.
- poptop.
- prefer manual transmission.
- prefer dual battery.
I'm in melbourne, and can't travel out of state to view it.
