Yellow Toyota Hiace Campervan - $2,000 or best offer... Travel Forum

We have to sell our lovely yellow van as we are going home. We travelled through Melbourne, Adelaide and are currently at Surfers Paradise. The engine recently failed so has now been replaced with a second hand, more reliable one at a cost of $1500, the frontal exhaust pipe has also been replaced, so now runs nice and smooth.

The van is registered in Western Australia, meaning you don’t need to do the road worthy certificate and the transfer of ownership is easily done and very cheap via the post. The registration (REGO) is valid until April 09 and can be renewed quickly via the internet or telephone for either 6 months or a year.

The van recently had a bump on the rear wheel arch (drivers side) the damage does not effect the performance of the vehicle in any way. Also the windscreen has 2 cracks in it which 1 day may need replacing (approx $200 to replace the windscreen)
