Around Australia

Hi All;

I am about to head off on an around Australia trip in my motorhome.

I've noticed a lot of posts here are reasonably old, so rather then replying to them I would post and see what comes of it.

Plans at this point are to go to Tasmania first, Vic, SA into NT (Ayers Rock/Uluru) then back into SA, across to WA, up to Broome and from then I haven't decided.

Would be interested in hearing from anyone wishing to travel along.

Only a few points before you bother responding:

1. You must be honest and upfront, people looking for a free ride need not bother responding, end of story.

2. Petrol money isn't an issue, as I am going to be doing it anyway.

3. Split cost of food/essentials etc.

4. No pets (A lot of parks don't allow them)

5. Easy to get along with, don't want to deal with arguments or temper tantrums - Leave that to me :))

6. I do photography, so expect to spend a lot of time in some areas at times, anything from days to weeks.

7. BYO Laptop/Internet connection if your so inclined, although I don't have the room to cart extra satellite gear.

I'm 42, male, trained emt, so I can bandage you up if you get chewed up by a croc hehe, very easy going, confirmed Hermit so we won't be hitting every nightclub along the way, avoid them like the crocs.

Hi there Nomadic Hermit, my family and friends call me a gypsy cause I can't seem to settle anywhere always get itchy feet to travel!! Have spent the past 4-5 years travelling around and stopping every now and then to work and replenish funds and I absolutlely loved it. At moment working in a very unsatisfying job and am always dreaming about the unknown out there, anyway email me back if you like and we'll go from there.
