Next time you visit Victoria, try to make it a week long trip or more. There are so many places to visit. At the end of each day, you will feel as if you have seen nothing yet. There is something more to explore the next day. Accommodation is not a problem in this part of the nation. But book your room in advance to avoid rush.

Hi I know this is much later but in case someone else finds this relevant, Wego Australia travel site has a holiday rentals tab. I don't think they actually offer it themselves but they find it off other sites and put it together so it's easy to find stuff on one site. I haven't booked any holiday stays through them but hear they are reliable for travel deals. I have found some cheap flights though and no issues, no booking fees. For your accommodation in Australia I think you can look by destination. Hope that helps!
