Hi,
I have a room available in my 2 bed house in the inner suburb of East malvern. Its in a
quiet street, only a 10 minute walk to the Darling and Carneigi train stations, which are
only 20 minutes to the city. Just a short 3 min walk from the 3 tram terminus (this tram
goes to st.kilda and city) and Shops.
Me. Im 33, my wife and kids are heading to the UK for 3 weeks so the room with a single bed
will be available. I work locally in the care sector and am looking for a relaxed and
reliable person to rent the room to.
Females only, backpackers welcome.
The rent is $120 per week no bills and one weeks bond is required in advance.
