Honeymoon from Hell!

Last December Rebecca and I went on honeymoon to Sydney and Cairns, and whilst this travelling story was not so funny at the time, I now look back at it and laugh...
We're all excited, Rebecca's first time on a plane and we started to descend upon Sydney. Suddenly I look across to see tears streaming down Rebecca's face, as her ears caused her enormous pain and I had to get the air hostess to try and help her out.
Her hearing is gone for the day, great start to our honeymoon! Suddenly I felt an itch on my mouth, damn it, it was a cold sore! I might get one once in two or three years, just so happened to be on my honeymoon!
A few days later and we flew to Cairns, and unfortunately the same thing happened to Rebecca. We went to a doctor to find that she had a blood clot in her ear and internal bruising to the area. The doctor recommends we stay a week longer than scheduled.
So we try to arrange other flights etc to no avail...oh well, we thought, may as well enjoy the sun in beautiful North Qld! Enjoy the sun, Rebecca got so badly burnt that it took a month for a scar to clear from her chest! She's now about five shades of reds, browns, oranges and whites!
Finally, on our last day I got a stomach bug, but having departed due to a 10am checkout and not flying till 10pm, I was forced to spend the day laying on shopping centre benches looking like I had no home!
We got back to Perth airport and had to wait half an hour extra for one of our bags!!! A stray cat apparently let loose on the run-way and the chase for the cat seemed to take a while!
You'd be glad to know the cat was okay, Rebecca's hearing is now fine and we're still smiling
