Kerrin Koight

Last September my girlfriend Kerrin offered to take my two girls to Landcruiser Park along with her husband and two girls. On a day trip she decided to educate the kids on how to survive in the bush with various forms of bush tucker. Explaining about a cactus that has red flowers that are edible, low and behold what should appear over the very next hill... a cactus with red flowers.

Doing her Steve Irwin dive from the moving vehicle, she proceeds to pluck the flower, (noticing that none of the kids had followed her)and eat it much to her disgust while pretending that its delicious. The next day we joined the happy campers only for Kerrin Koight to beg me to remove the many thorns from her fingers!!

My friend Kerrin Koight - never a dull moment!!!
