2010 was a great year for the Outback of Queensland and Kilcowera Station looks fantastic. Gone is the endless vista of red dirt and half dead mulga trees, to be replaced by lush grass, thousands of kangaroos, millions of birds, brimming full waterholes and fabulous campsites.
Why not pack your car and head up the Dowling track for Easter or on your annual holidays, you'll never see the Outback looking so good.
The people of SW Queensland are all looking pretty happy too after a great year in 2010. It looks like we can finally say goodbye to that stinking, rotten, mongrel drought that nearly killed us all for 9 years.
Happy 2011 from Toni at Kilcowera Station on the Dowling Track.
