Hi
Me my husband and two children age 6 and 4 will be living our dream and traveling Australia as soon as harvest is over here in W.A. Should be around the start of Feb with the way things are atm. We are travelling in a 08 Diesel crusier and a 08 Coromal lifestyle family van.
I would love to hear and keep in contact with other familes who are doing the same, and i no there are ALOT of you out there :-)) Dont ever think we will keep up with the grey nomads tho ;-)
I would LOVE it if there is anyone out there who could answer some of my questions, i have tryed to find online blogs but cant seem to find the info im after.
Have you worked around Australia while having a family?? How did you aproach an employee?? Do they pay you cash money if your only working a short time? Or mainly on the books??
What was you rough budget per week??
Clearly this would vary ALOT with the different vehicals used, attractions etc.
Did you do any free camping?? Or only caravan parks.
What was the MOST you paid per night at a caravan park??
Did you have any troubles with people along the way ( stealing, abuse, road rage etc ) ??
