Greenmount is located 30 minutes' drive east of Perth on the western side of the Darling Ranges. John Forrest National Park, one of Australia's oldest conservation reserves, is only a short drive away. It provides magnificent vistas of the Swan coastal plain and walk trails through rugged wilderness along the old railway line or to quiet pools and spectacular waterfalls.
