Our backpacker hostel is beautifully appointed with bunk beds, bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, with breathtaking views of the Tamar River and Bass Straight.
Lee's Coaches operate a George Town to Launceston Passenger Service seven days a week. Penguin tours operate every evening at $16/ person
Our office hours are 8am to 8pm. The owners live on site and can be contacted by phone or door phone outside reception at all hours.

By car: Launceston To Low Head....46minutes 1. Head north on Bathurst Street. 2.Keep going straight ahead past Fosters Street onto the East Tamar Highway 3. There is a Mc Donalds on the Crn of Foster Street and the East Tamar Highway. 4.Continue on East Tamar Hwy, passing Dilston and Hillwood.
