Location / Directions
10 min drive to the Airport (Devonport)
Coming from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal (or the airport), follow the road over the bridge into Devonport. Take the left lane and turn left onto sliproad, then turn right at the lights onto Formby Road. Follow Formby Road which will take you past McDonald's turning right at the roundabout and onto Victoria Parade. After a short drive along the river, you'll find George Street on the left. Follow this road until you arrive at Glasgow Lodge Motel located on the left hand side of the road.
If you are approaching from the Burnie direction, the easiest route is to take the second slip road - William Street. Turn left and this will lead you to a roundabout. Stay to the left, following the road that will take you past Kentucky Fried Chicken, Hungry Jacks, Domino's Pizza, Chinese Restaurants (and many more). Continue through 2 sets of traffic lights and through the next roundabout. George Street is on the right. Glasgow Lodge is located on the left hand side of the road. See you soon!
