This award winning restaurant is located on the outskirts of McLaren Vale, South Australia, in a slate-floored, stone building dating from 1851. Much of the original building remains, including the three-room cellar where guests select wine from an extensive range which, naturally, features the fine wines from the surrounding vineyards of McLaren Vale, but includes choice wines from interstate and selected international wines.
The Salopian Inn Cellar door hosting Dowie Doole and Gemtree Wines is now open seven days a week from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
