In 1993 an organic Mexican style menu was developed, the menu was tried and tested between 1993 and 2004. In the first 3 months, approximately 18,000 customers provided feedback with an astounding 99% customer satisfaction.
In 1997, EL Zorro was born in the Greek Island of Kos, servicing customers from Europe and Scandinavia. Over the next 4 years EL Zorro satisfied 300,000 visitors.
On a trip to Australia in 2000 to visit relatives, the opportunities in Australia ignited the EL Zorro flame. Many trips back to Australia over the next 5 years and a dream to open an ORGANIC MEXICAN restaurant have come true.
