Restaurant 3777 at Mt Rael Retreat offers a complete regional dining experience. Green suede chairs, retro lampshades and stunning views set the ambience for a memorable meal.

The new spring menu contains the best of the season, fresh inspiring food with a focus on regional produce. Think Carpaccio of Yarra Valley rainbow trout, crispy capers, fennel, watercress fresh horseradish, or Grilled Wandin quail, sauteed silverbeet leaves, muscatel grapes, toasted pinenuts, eggplant chutney to start then Bay leaf studded rack of lamb cannellini bean puree, French beans, roasted garlic and pinot jus to follow and Lemon delicious pudding with local raspberry ice cream to finish.

An astute wine list from the Valley and beyond completes your meal.
