Overview

Stillwater has a wonderfully contemporary feel throughout with views from every table, modern furnishing, quality glassware and cutlery and innovative Australian cuisine. With credits such as personal chef to actors Russell Crowe and Rob Lowe, as well as head chef at London's Harvey Nichols and Oxo Tower Brasserie, chef owner Zac Poulier has an ever changing menu.

Only local and free range ingredients are used. Try the Peninsula Angus eye fillet with roasted field mushroom, red wine jus and creamy mash potato, cooked to perfection, or the Otway free range pork rib eye with pomegranate jus for a culinary treat.

Or for a more casual light lunch, enjoy a cheese plate with a glass of wine on the terrace or indulge in one of our decadent desserts. Gourmet antipasto and seafood platters to share are also available. Upstairs in the restaurant, tempt your tastebuds with our seasonal menu.
