In 2007, Margan opened their brand new rammed earth restaurant and tasting room in the peaceful rural setting of Broke where they provide the complete food and wine experience. The aim was to create a relaxed, stylish restaurant with a focus on simple Mediterranean inspired cuisine, served to be shared. The menus are changed monthly to reflect the season. They source fresh local produce and pick daily from their own extensive kitchen garden.

Great wines attract great chefs, and Margan is proud to have Tim Michels heading their very skilful team producing gastronomic delights to excite the tastebuds of their patrons.

Dine al fresco on the verandah and enjoy the expansive views of the homeblock vineyard and Brokenback Range or inside for air-conditioned comfort. Margan also caters for groups, functions and weddings in their barrel hall.
