At The Urban we believe we have a responsibility to protect and nurture our own bodies as well as the environment. This is best achieved by eating the cleanest possible foods grown in a self-sustaining way.
We use a full range of organic, biodynamic & chemical-free fruit & vegetables, and our meat is free-range grass-fed, containing no chemicals, no antibiotics, no hormonal growth stimulants, no genetic engineering, no artificial colourings, flavourings, preservatives or gluten additives.
We also have a wide variety of cakes, biscuits and muffins made from either spelt (which contains all eight essential amino acids) or gluten-free flour which are sugar, dairy or wheat and gluten-free.
