Shelly Beach is located 5 kilometres south of The Entrance and is well known as a surfing beach. It has a lovely setting with picnic and bbq areas, and accommodation available. There are shops and clubs in nearby Bateau Bay. It is only a 5 - 25 minute drive to the coasts major attractions. Attraction include a beautiful beach, which is patrolled in summer season (October long weekend to Easter), swimming, surfing, fishing and golf.
