More than 70 per cent of our wine is made from vineyards over 40 years old with some vineyards planted as early as 1893. Watering is minimal and all fruit is hand pruned and picked to create powerful wines with density and exquisite flavour. These wines demonstrate the intense flavours of the Barossa Valley and provide a point of difference from the typical commercial styles.
