Farming, Food and Produce, Historical Sites and Heritage Locations, Landmarks and Buildings, Parks and Gardens
In its heyday, Bungaree was like a small village with its beautiful sandstone Woolshed, Shearers Quarters, Stable Yard, Station Store, Managers House, staff cottages and even the District Council Chambers and a Church.
Today it is still one of Australia's parent merino studs, and many of the buildings have been converted into comfortable accommodation.
Guests can explore the historic station, enjoy the wide open spaces, feed the animals, use the swimming pool and gym, or simply relax around the fire with some local wine. Tours of the station for day visitors are also available by appointment.
