Start the tour with a visit to the Royal Steam Flour Mill on the outskirts of the town. Wander through the beautiful gardens and magnificent Russ Cottage to see how the original settlers would have lived. Be charmed by the architecture of Priory Lodge and learn about the fascinating history of the Old Police Station and Court House.
You will find a useful trail map and history of the buildings at the tourist centre which forms part of the tour as it is housed in the Old Police Station.
