Red Centre Farm is located on the Stuart Highway, 180 kilometres north of Alice Springs. It was established in 1988, carved out of the bush and mango trees planted to supply fruit to Alice Springs. Within a pristine sub-tropical climate the 1,700 tree orchard produces premium quality mangoes for a period of three months of the year.
The farm sells a range of mango products from jam to hot or sweet chutney's, dessert topping, marinade sauce, mineral water and frozen mango pieces. There is also a popular range of mango wines and liqueur for sale. There is a small charge for wine tastings.
