Farming, Food and Produce, Wineries, Vineyards and Breweries
Eling Forest is nestled in the rolling hills of the New South Wales Southern Highlands. The cool climate allows for a long and steady growing season in which the grapes can ripen and develop, resulting in wine that is unique to Eling Forest.
Eling Forest Vineyard is one of Australia's newest and most exciting wine growing regions. At an average altitude of 730 metres, the region has one of the longest grape-ripening periods; and is fast gaining a reputation as a producer of quality cool climates wines.
Eling Forest is a boutique producer of premium quality wines, sourced from grapes grown in the Southern Highlands, and other growing regions. The cellar door operates within the property of a beautifully maintained heritage listed homestead (circa 1834).
The first wines at Eling Forest were produced in 1993. Today wines are available direct from the cellar door.
