The Bungendore Wood Works Gallery exhibits and promotes Australian wood art, giftware, sculpture and contemporary furniture by the country's foremost designer/makers in wood. The Gallery takes pride in the skill and art of Australia's craftspeople, and in the varied richness and beauty of native timbers.
The Gallery collaborated with makers to design and develop new work to ensure the Gallery remains a leader in woodcraft and studio furniture.
Attraction Opening Times
9am-5pm Monday to Friday; 9am-5.30pm Saturday and Sunday. Closed Christmas Day. Opening time is 9:00am. Closing time is 17:00pm.
Children Friendly
Children are welcome in the Gallery under the supervision of their parents or carers.
Accessibility
The Gallery provides wheelchair access. There are no steps at the entrance, and there is ample space between exhibits to manoeuvre wheelchairs. The Gallery provides two unisex disabled toilets plus one standard toilet, all of which conform to current Australian Building Codes. Guide dogs welcome.
