Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm is near Nundle, nestled in the hills of Hanging Rock NSW, the perfect setting for the production of some of Australia's finest rainbow trout. With pristine conditions, spring-fed water and ultimate care in processing their fish, nothing is left to chance in bringing to you their medal-winning products for your indulgence.
Products include fresh trout, whole and filleted; trout smoked over smouldering stringy-bark whole or filleted; smoked trout pate, rainbow trout gravlax and rainbow trout caviar both original and Ginger Infused Trout Caviar. Farm visitors can see the farm in operation, fish for a plump trout in the stocked dam, buy trout or a gift from the farm-gate shop or enjoy tea or coffee in the coffee lounge. Bus groups are catered for in several cost-effective packages.
Hanging Rock is in the Tamworth Regional Council Local Government Area, in the New England North-West Region of NSW.
