The Rail Motor Society is based about 50 kilometres north of Newcastle in the Historic town of Paterson; it is comprised of a group of Volunteers, dedicated and passionate about restoring, maintaining and operating rail motors. The group operates out of the Old Station's Masters Cottage in Paterson Goods Yard.
