On arrival each guest will be handed their very own stockmans hat and there will be photo opportunties before you enter the arena. During the course of the evening you will be served traditional Aussie tucker with your choice of beer, wine or soft drink and of course billie tea. So get your country gear on and join us for some good old Aussie hospitality!
You will become truly immersed in the spirit and grandeur of the Australian Outback from the moment you step through the arena doors. You can pull up a stool at the Aussie pub and whet your whistle. Doors to the Aussie Pub open approximately one hour prior to show time for your opportunity to relax and purchase beverages during the Pre-show entertainment.
From the fully themed Australian landscape with great iconic Australian natives and scenic backdrops, the Arena sand which evokes Australian outback, the corrugated iron roof and galvanised railings and heavy timbers that are used throughout the arena to the old fashioned wagon wheel light fittings, and the winding billabong located under the entrance bridge – the venue truly feels and looks like a traditional outback shearing shed located in the Outback.

Be dazzled like never before by the amazing animal stars. See death defying stunts and aerial performances as you hear the brave tale of the Aussie girl sold to the circus at the tender age of 7. Be mesmerized by biggest display of special effects ever seen as you travel the Road to Omeo with Australia’s yesteryear ghosts. With all the drama and action guests have come to expect from Australia’s favourite dinner show, prepare for the most breathtaking arena production ever created under the Australian Outback Spectacular roof.
All of this is accompanied by a stirring musical score composed especially for the show, as well as popular country music composed and written by country music legend Lee Kernaghan. Australians are famous for their competitive spirit and it’s impossible not to become involved in the competition that develops between stockmen and women from rival stations. But which station will you barrack for? The stockmen and women of Warrego Station or Bogong High Plains?
High Country hospitality demands that every visitor to the mountains be well fed. And that applies especially to the audience! Sit back and enjoy the majesty of an arena transformed into the snowy peaks of the high country as 40 stockmen and women serve up a gourmet Aussie feast with beer, wine or soft drink to every member of the audience – all in record time.
A mouthwatering and tantalizing array of Aussie food will make up the delicious dinner you will be served during Australian Outback Spectacular!
You'll start off with a tasty mixed Queensland salad mixed with tangy mango dressing and rolled in a flat bread swag this will be followed by your choice of steak, chargrilled chicken or vegetarian options.
For meat lovers, choose between our barbecue tenderloin beef steak with rich gravy, seasoned with Kakadu plum sauce and served with garden vegetables and Australian Damper or the chargrilled chicken breast with chicken gravy served with garden vegetables and a toasty dinner roll.
For vegetarian guests, mains will consist of a Ratatouille mix of capsicums, onion, zucchini, egg plant, chopped tomato and fresh herbs mixed with a bush tomato sauce, served in a camp oven pot and topped with pastry.
Then it's finished off with traditional baked Pavlova with Queensland berries and country cream and Bush Billy Tea! You'll also be served a choice of either beer, wine or soft drink throughout the show.

NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, the rates listed are for the 2017 - 2018 season. The 2017 - 2018 season rates are valid from the 1st April 2017 to the 31st March 2018. The 2018 - 2019 season rates commence on the 1st April 2018.
