Dolphins in Paradise Moreton Island Day Cruise
Escape the crowds and enjoy the day in a tropical paradise as we take you on an eco tour of discovery to explore the crystal clear waters of the Moreton Bay Marine Park. Dolphins in Paradise is a Dolphin Discovery Cruise with the option of Tangalooma wrecks and snorkelling.
During your Marine Eco Tour this is your chance to spot the playful Dolphins, giant Turtles and the shy dugong whilst listening to the entertaining commentary from our marine naturalist.
The Moreton Bay Marine Park is home to a myriad of marine species including over 700 Bottlenose Dolphins, giant Loggerhead Turtles and the endangered Dugongs. This amazing Marine Park is also the migratory path of the majestic Humpback Whale which visit these waters between the months of June to November.
Join our guided snorkel tour (additional charges apply) and be amazed by the abundance of marine life that inhabit the Tangalooma Wrecks or Flinders Reef. The optional Snorkel Experience includes guided snorkel tour, mask, snorkel, fins, floatation devices and full tuition. Did you know Flinders Reef contains the highest number of coral and fish species out of all sub-tropical reef systems (the days conditions determine the snorkel location).
You will then have free time to explore the island. Walk the crisp white sands of Moreton Island, cool off with a swim, climb the famous sand dunes or just relax on the vessels sundeck.
Fish feeding is also a fantastic experience. See what’s beneath the sea without getting wet. Our guides will feed the local fish and have them boiling around the boat for you.
This package also includes a delicious buffet lunch served on board featuring fresh local caught trawler prawns, cold chicken and a delightful selection of salads. We also have a licensed bar so you can enjoy an ice cold Corona or glass of wine while relaxing on the vessels sun deck.
