Beer and BBQ Seafood Cooking Class in Sydney
If you love entertaining and serving delicious fresh seafood, combine your love of seafood and a cool ale with this beer and food matching session. You will learn tips for preparing and cooking gourmet BBQ seafood confidently and what craft beers to serve with your food to compliment the flavours.
In this experience you will look at how to achieve really moist and crisp seafood, including key buying tips to ensure you are purchasing and receiving exactly what you set out to; the freshest possible product. The menu features delicious dishes which are matched to four different craft beers with emphasis on how the palate is enhanced by these flavours.
All participants are integral in the preparation and cooking of all dishes and you will sit down together to share the first creation with a detailed beer tutorial matched to the first course.
Embark on your next course covering BBQ myths and secrets, and work together via an initial demonstration to achieve your next course. All participants then re-create their meals.
Once the recipes are cooked, each dish will be served with a matching beer and tutorial against it with information about how to pair beer and food, flavours of each beer and how they compliment the recipes.
You will finish the session with confidence to replicate the dishes at home as well as being well-equipped to cook different types of seafood including crustaceans, fillets and whole fish.
