Team Cooking for up to 25 people
Our team cooking event is not your average cooking class! Your group will sizzle, bond, talk & laugh as they create their own restaurant. Forget watching a chef have all the fun! YOU will get to cook with help and guidance from our party-throwing chefs! Perfect for all ages and genders with plenty of music and fun!
For most teams it's a surprise to discover they're about to create their own restaurant! Upon arrival, we give everyone a canape, then we'll explain how the cook-up will progress. Following a few quick safety issues, we'll deliver the analogies between your work environment and a restaurant kitchen, then liven up the event with some music.
The group will be placed in teams of 5-10 people. Each team enjoys the benefit of their own experienced chef who'll encourage them to get involved in preparing dishes to create a magnificent buffet. You'll learn how to chop, fry, sizzle, flambee, bbq and bake.
Having finished as the chefs, you'll now become the wait staff as you create an 'Italian Long Lunch' style table setting. One and all become involved in putting out tea lights, intricate napkin folding, adding flowers...whatever they choose from their surroundings.
Now you can relax, sit back, and enjoy the magnificent feast you've created together.
The food is delicious and could include Flambeed Greek Prawns with Feta and Ouzo, Mediterranean Lamb or Moroccan Chicken Tagine. Or try the Wicked Chocolate Brownies with Kahluah Mascarpone! Or maybe Corn and Jalapeno Muffins with Honeyed Butter for brunch!
We can include additional vegetarian dishes, and meals for special dietary requirements, with advance notice.... taking great care to ensure everyone feels included.
