Hi Guys, we are planning a family trip around Australia next year and are flexible with the times we go. We have an on road caravan so we need to be cautious about weather conditions.
We will be starting from Melbourne and are looking for advice on the best time to leave heading across to Perth then up the west coast to Darwin.
The advice Iâ€™m look to get on this forum for example is "Donâ€™t start to head up the west coast until at least April 1st as the wet season would have past" or â€œDonâ€™t get to the Northern Territory before June as the weather is unpleasant".
Any information that travellers can share like the above examples would be beneficial.
