Avondale is situated 26 kilometres north of Bundaberg on the Rosedale Road in Queensland, Australia.
It is known as a farming area with plantations of Macadamia trees and fields of sugar cane. Many of the locals in the area are farmers.
A tavern is the focus of the the farming community in the area. If musical acts visit the area they usually play at the tavern.
